Plot Tales From The Dark 2 (2013):

In "Haunted Pillow," TVB starlet Fala Chen is still obsessed with her lover (Gordon Lam) after their breakup and invariably suffers from insomnia. She gets hold of a Chinese herbal pillow that eventually helps her fall asleep again but it also draws her near something unexpected. "Hide And Seek" casts a group of young newcomers into an abandoned school campus where they meet longtime janitor Mr. Chan who takes shelter at the school. Playing hide-and-seek after midnight, the teenagers go missing, one after another. In his self-directed piece "Black Umbrella," Teddy Robin makes solving conflicts on the street at night his mission and marks each closed case with his signature black umbrella. Before he calls it a day, he meets a prostitute who forcefully pulls him upstairs for business and unfortunately things spiral out of control.

Tales from the Dark 2 (李碧華鬼魅系列 奇幻夜) is a 2013 Hong Kong portmanteau horror film directed by Gordon Chan, Lawrence Ah Mon and Teddy Robin.It was released on 8 August 2013. The film is made of three segments, Pillow (枕妖), Hide and Seek (迷藏) and Black Umbrella (黑傘). It follows Tales from the Dark 1 (2013).

Directed by Lawrence Ah Mon, Gordon Chan, Kelvin Kwan. With Fala Chen, Ka Tung Lam, Teddy Robin Kwan, Jacqueline Chan. The second installment of the Hong Kong horror-film portmanteau series features a nurse spellbound by a cursed pillow, students romping through a haunted school and a deadly encounter between a mysterious man and a prostitute.

Tales from the Dark 1 was the opening night film at the New York Asian Film Festival on 28 June 2013. It was released theatrically in Hong Kong on 11 July 2013. The film was followed-up with a sequel titled Tales from the Dark 2 released on 8 August 2013. Reception
